Empire Hyundai of New Rochelle Service

I had my first interaction with Empird Hyundai when I took my car there for a repair last week. I’m leaving this review because I found it very refreshing that they gave me one point of contact, Jessica, who was friendly and helpful throughout. She kept me up to date as they were ordering the new part, and was responsive to my questions via text. It was a small courtesy, but I appreciated it and want to recognize them, and Jessica specifically for it.

After visiting a few dealerships in westchester, Hyundai of New Rochelle definitely Stands out! Andre was extremely helpful and understanding. They are lucky to have him! He is what made me stick around and hear everyone out. Jaime is amazing, he went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and happy with everything. He worked very hard and I truly appreciate him! He has a loyal client in me! Thank you to Andre and Jaime for all the time and help!

Krystina at Hyundai New Rochelle is absolutely exceptional. Every time I visit, I know I’m in the best hands—her attention to detail, proactive approach, and thorough knowledge make every service experience seamless and worry-free. She not only keeps track of every aspect of what’s being done with my vehicle, including work overseas, but she does so with incredible efficiency and care. Her professionalism, dedication, and expertise are unmatched, and she genuinely goes above and beyond to ensure every customer feels valued and confident in the service they receive. Krystina is the reason I continue to choose Hyundai New Rochelle, traveling the extra distance just to work with her—she is a true asset to the dealership and a standout team member who deserves recognition for the phenomenal work she does.

This service department was great. They were friendly and quick to resolve my vehicle's issue. My service rep kept me well informed on the status of my vehicle. I would highly recommend Empire Hyundai of New Rochelle.

Had a good experience at Empire Hyundai of New Rochelle. Krystina was amazing! I went in for a routine maintenance and several other potentially serious issues were found with my car. Krystina explained everything thoroughly and with transparency. Grateful to have a safe and reliable car once again!
